follow my steps:
1. First download this opera application:

After downloading don't install
IF you try to install it said only error.
you can download this application by using any other sim or airtel sim
but you can install Airtel Sim only!!
2. second step is
you need to change apn setting:
If you are using old model android mobile
you need to edit apn setting
setting>>>mobile network>>access point names>> edit
If you are using new model android mobile
you need to creat new APN/ PROXY setting .
SETTING>>networksetting>>option>>creat new
Name: tipsrider
Apn: airtelgprs.com
proxy: 141.000.011.253
port: 80
no need to edit other option.. now save it!!
Now set this as a access point in your airtel sim!!
Then install that{i provided} opera app
and start your browsing as free!!
if it say network error then you should switchoff your mobile
then connect your Airtel internet then browse it.
Pros:
1. 100% browsing free
2. you can download below 10mb file songs or video etc
cons:
1. if you are downloding many songs or videos above 50mb per day
airtel can easily identified you are using banned verison browser then
blocked your free gprs.
2. some times internet will be slow
3. you can use this free net only opera min application{above i proided}
