and remove battery then put it ON.

then just delete all phone memory datas. and restore the setting only.

go to the setting>>restore>>setting only

after restoring your touch complaint not solved then go to the settings and delet

all datas. that is click restore all option. before restore just backup your required datas.

mobile provider office for solve this problem. ex: nokia service care center.
